CHUNG FU Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established a robust corporate governance system to promote the healthy development of the securities market, and has formulated this code for compliance.
The company should refer to the provisions of this code when drafting its own corporate governance code, establishing an effective corporate governance framework, which is disclosed on the Public Information Observation Station.
In establishing a corporate governance system, in addition to complying with legal requirements and the company’s bylaws, and the agreements signed with the securities exchanges and related regulatory matters, the company should adhere to the following principles:

Strengthen the functions of the Board of Directors.
Enhance the functionality of the Audit Committee.
